My name is Valentina Delmiglio, and I’m a storyboard artist and filmmaker with a wide-ranging interest in all things art-related.
I started drawing when I was still in diapers — and I’ve somehow never managed to stop. My passion for cinema and storytelling led me to study Filmmaking at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Brescia, Italy, and my determination to keep a pencil in hand guided me toward Animation studies at the National Film School – Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Turin.
Shortly after completing my studies, I moved to the UK, where I’ve been working in the animation industry for the past 12 years — first as both a 2D animator and storyboard artist, and eventually focusing entirely on storyboarding.
Alongside my professional work, I’m developing several personal projects, including short films and a graphic novel, as well as exploring a newfound love for sculpture.
